This year marks the 125th Birth Anniversary year of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The contribution of Dr. Ambedkar in social, political and economic sectors is enormous and he is one of the key founders of Modern India. The life of Dr. Ambedkar is an inspiration to millions. He is known as the architect of Constitution of India. The hard work done by him in the drafting of the Constitution made it a powerful tool for social and economic empowerment of the downtrodden, which is praiseworthy. Dr. Ambedkar ensured that there are appropriate checks and balances in the democratic system of Government and ensured that the three wings of the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary, function independently with accountability to one another.

Dr. Ambedkar Foundation (DAF), an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment seeks inputs to design a Logo for 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.

The winning entry will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-.

Last date of submission is 15th January, 2015.

The logo is designed keeping in mind the biggest contribution of Dr B R Ambedkar ji to India ,which is its constituion . Though he was the first law minister of India also but the earlier is something which every Indian citizen knows.The Ashoka chakra used separately shows that he was follower of Buddhism and he becuase of that he made the constitution that is Lawful,has compassion for every Indian and has brought prosperity to Independent India with it

Description: In logo the central image of Baba Saheb with Constitution of India with Ashok chakra in back which shows India is progressing by constitution given by Dr.Ambedkar, and reflects as father of modern India. The white 22 flowers as a garland by us to Ambedkarji which remind us the 22 oaths(shapath) given by Baba Saheb.Light shed of Indian tricolour in background of logo as a national duty of us to celebrate the 125th birth anniversary because Baba Saheb worked hard for country.

My logo contained Parliamentary House, A constitution Book, Ashoka Chakra, 125 years in golden colour, Tri-colour ribbon and National Emblem and illustration of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, I am trying to express that our parliamentary is constituted with constitution which was written by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and his 125 birthday which is precious like gold for every citizen of India along with tri colour Ribbon
