all we need is medicine, c-pap/bi-pap, nebulizer, iv fluids. investment for big manufacturing plants,ventilator, ramdesvir, investigation etc no use. those goes to ventilator may not survive. strengthen local clinic, initial stage testing identification prevent going for high expensive ventilator & remdisvir. initial stage treatment by PHC, all small clinic, home isolation, treatment & home visit, no need& managing big hospital or unnecessary expenses. increase no. of single Dr clinics.
