Every state govtt imposing restrictions without rational review. My submissions 1- Inter and intrastate movement should not be imposed even during night curfew. If trains and Roadways are runnig then why private vehicles are not being allowed . 2- Today DM of Dehradun imposed 7 days curfew and totaly banned private vehicle . Can a DM should be empowered to issue such orders. Govt buses and trains would run then why not private vehicles. Uttarakhand govtt should be directed for ammending it.

Dear Sir, I am Angshuman Sarma A student of commerce stream pursuing my final year.... I am facing a lot of financial problems and even can't buy new books for 5th semester exams...
