Online public grievance petitions are receiving by your office in the manner of settling them by interaction with you.Instead of doing so sending them to inappropriate authorities. In PMOPG/E/2015/0189766 and 2016/0269627 accepted my demand of to be paid compensations. But not yet paid.Petitions making against non payment were sent to West Bengal Government and even to police to threatening me or filing false case against me.Kindly looking into the crimes of your office officials.
