For Boosting Agriculture, Reduction or Removal of Central Govt Taxes on Agricultural used vehicles & Equipments like Thrasher or any such vehicles which are only used for Agriculture, Equipments like Drip Irrigation, Sprinkler system for 2 years. Also tax reduction or exemption for these companies for at least 2 year to help agriculture sector. I m sure this will also push agricultural sectors as 4 increased production use of latest technology is must or Govt can give subsidy for these 2 poor

Dear Sir Can we make use of Aadhar Card to be made compulsory for Passport, Driving License and Pancards. Also first we should check the complete UID Data of Fingerprints and Retinal Scanner for Duplicate aadhar cards. I am sure there will be many duplicates aadhar, As you have the finger prints and retinal scanner, to find out duplicate aadhar will be easier. Use of Aadhar Card will also restrict criminals to have fake passports, and have multiple pan cards.Link Aadhar, Pancard & Voter cards

E-Platform for private practice of doctors can be made in so many ways.By creating a collaborative portal, making a toll free number for patient booking, sending booking number as sms etc..So govts can understand more on the availability of doctors in rural areas also.If govt can make mandatory the registration of doctors who want to do private practice, I think this will be a good idea for avoiding so many problems.

Instead of taxing EPF interest at withdrawal, control the annual EPF interest rate to get the same effect. The interest rate is already under Government control and adjustment can be done to reduce the outgo. This will reduce unnecessary hassles of administration of tax deduction at withdrawal which needs to be done only for interest earned after 1APR2016. Make it simple, not more complex.

E-Platform for farmers is really a great initiative. So we have to expand this kind of govt engagements in other sectors also. For example, private practice of doctors across India have been continuing as poorly coordinated.Fake doctors, prescribing unnecessary tests for looting money from patients, unnecessarily favoring pharma companies etc. are also serious issues. So analysing all the aspects of this issue and creating a platform can make private practice more just & reasonable for all.

On one hand government is pushing for GST which is a unified and simplified indirect tax system, on the other hand government is introducing new cess which is exact opposite of what GST aims to achieve. There seems to be some disconnect between the two. New cess means more complex taxation related calculations and compliance. Government could have simply increased the service tax rate instead. Kindly clarify on this sir.
