Global climate change, under ground water preservation is a major challenge in this contemporary era.Now it is a Global threat to protect our earth for our future generation. Govt has taken many initiatives for awareness of every citizens to save environment and that should be the fundamental duties of everyone respecting our constitution. To improve this awareness level we must introduce some new scheme which should start from the grass root level that means school children to college level student involvement would bring major success of this program.Govt should establish some scheme of monetary award for school to make them responsible for maintaining cleaning surrounding area & new plantation by every student. Every weekend Saturday may consider for the class for nation building & support to the society for a change to improve Green Bharat Abhiyan. To bring more awareness of student many cultural program could be introduced in this activity i.e drama, essay writing.

Hon’ble Pradhan Mantriji -Suggestion regarding effective deployment of 3rd Gender We appreciate the fact that Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has successfully deployed 3rd gender people for Swachh drive. We suggest that this novel idea should be extended pan-India not only for popularising and creating awareness about Swachhata Abhiyan as well as Traffic Management in our cities. The 3rd gender people will be very useful to man traffic since the traffic junctions are their favourite spots! They may be given basic training on traffic signals and then be effectively deployed. The violators can be handled by the police men and officers. This will give the 3rd gender an opportunity to join the national mainstream with dignity and make an honourable living instead of begging on the main roads and streets. यह कहानी 7 दिसम्बर 1907को लाहौर में जन्मे स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के गुमनाम नायक सुखदेव राज की है, जिन्होंने शहीद चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद के अंतिम क्षण तक साथ रह संघर्ष किया। आज़ादी के बहुत बाद1963 में वे छत्तीसगढ़ के दुर्ग जिले के ग्राम अण्डा आ गए जहां रहकर कुष्ठ रोगियों की सेवा करते रहे, लेकिन अपनी पहचान छिपाए रखी। 5 जुलाई 1973 को उनका निधन हो गया। उनके निधन के बाद दुर्ग शहर के युवाओं ने उनकी प्रतिमा स्थापित की, तब गांव वालों को उसकी सच्चाई का पता चला परंतु समय के साथ स्मारक उपेक्षित हो गया। एक व्यापारी द्वारा भूमि क्रय कर प्रतिमा को ऊँची दीवारों से बंद कर दिया गया। जनता उसे भूल गई।50 वर्षों बाद भारतीय राज्य पेंशनर्स महासंघ दुर्ग के भूपेंद्र कुमार वर्मा ने उनका इतिहास उजागर किया, जीवनी पुस्तक प्रकाशित कर स्कूलों में वितरित की, जिससे लोग उनके योगदान से पुनः अवगत हो सके हैं किंतु भूस्वामी के कारण जीर्णशीर्ण स्मारक का जीर्णोद्धार बाधित है फिर भी हर वर्ष उनकी जयंती व पुण्यतिथि पर पेंशनर संघ बिना हताश हुए श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर लोगों को खासकर स्कूली बच्चों को उनके योगदान से अवगत कराता है।
