देश के नागरिकों में सभ्यता, संस्कार तथा देशप्रेम की भावना कैसे विकसित हो इस पर सुझाव आमंत्रित किए जाने चाहिए।

Complaint Closure Only by Complainant: Departments often close complaints with unclear remarks like “issue resolved” without real action. Closure should happen only when the complainant confirms resolution, or after 15 days of no response. 2. Add Chat/Comment System: Officials sometimes give verbal replies and close complaints without proof. A written chat/comment system with nodal officer supervision would ensure transparency and accountability. These changes will make CPGRAMS more effective, fair, and citizen-friendly. Thank you for empowering citizens through initiatives like Mann Ki Baat. Many Autos and Private vehicles increases in the city because govt not Run City Buses Properly and Cost Effectively for all Routes it only runs for 4-5 Routes from Charbagh Bus Stand in Doubled Fares prices from CNG Buses which Reduces the Passenger travel from it , In 2-3 hours one Electric Buses take time To Charge for One Time Route up & down only by this In every 1-3 Hours takes for next bus in one route how it possible in digital india, smart and electric buses not have functionality to track the bus online by Android app and. Not accepting online payments only Cash which created more black money to show or not show ,please take action against Lucknow City Transport Services Limited mainly senior offical which are not like to work for general public only work for VIPs and there families but in public sector work for public comfort not creating problems misusing his power for a particular party or there workers using BJP NANE to horror between public and making black money. I propose a voluntary National Defence Contribution Scheme, where citizens and government employees who can afford it may donate ₹1,000 per month. Even if 50 lakh people participate, India can raise ₹6,000 crore annually. This fund can support the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, and DRDO for indigenous research, modernisation, and soldier welfare. The scheme should be optional, transparent, and offer small incentives like tax rebates, museum access, or discounts on fuel. After Operation Sindhoor, it is clear India must invest more in preparedness. This idea will allow citizens to become active partners in national defence, not just spectators. Hello Sir Honorable Prime Minister, I request you to Take actions against LCTSL STAFFs and seniors officers they do many big Ghotala using the government loop holes and earn money in there hands not run bus properly or Timely and purchase only electric PMI buses, the fare of buses got doubled from CNG buses but your govt said electric is manufactured or stored in own country using solar panels using made in india technology but in Lucknow LCTSL buses fares got doubled by using electric buses and main thing is this the running cost is higher than CNG buses how it possible ? But officer only pass bill for electric buses PMI and run on doubled fare and said the LCTSL goes in loss to discontinuing MST and Pass service for regular traveller or students or low income group peoples govt doing Lucknow worst by Yogi ji Govt by only focus on other tourist cities and ignoring Lucknow city bus service and increasing traffic jams in city and officer use his right to take commission from vehicles
