Dear Honorable PM Modi ji , Please remove Quota or Reservation in STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) subjects or jobs. You can always provide more Quota or Reservations on other fields. This will significantly boost India's Scientific Development. I know removing reservation is not easy. That's why in last month's Mann Ki Baat , i suggested an indirect method of removing caste in India and uniting all. I hope you saw that suggestion. Please increase the seats by atleast 20% in STEM related higher education institutions. As we don't lack talents but those talents miss oportunities due to lack of seat or due to reservations. Other fields are fine with full of reservations. I hope Future generation of India sees you as a great visionary leader of India beyond other leaders.

Dear Sir , 1)After soldiers retired from short term service why cant we fill them in police constable jobs 2) Fill the Sub inspector jobs also from retired S.S.C officers 3) So that they can work near to home towns for remaining years. 4) Bring a bill in parliament that Those who want to join in police department they should have to serve at armed forces 5) The entire rights of police department belongs to states only. 6)But 100 % Vacancies must be fill from Retired S.S.C persons only based on their past awards & rewards. 7) This will be new agnipath. 8) A lot of Money would save on Defence pensions and that money can be used to manufacture new missiles e.t.c and strengthen the country 9) Think about it sir , When ever if war happens these new police always ready to fight at border. 10) If terrorist entered inside country this new police will handle them bcz of past experience. 11)If possible add them in 33% ladies quota for other govt jobs.This is a real honour to them
