नमस्ते सर मैं महाराष्ट्र राज्य से हु.. सर मेरी एक request है कि जो भी reservoir हम गाव में बना रहे है और जो भी reservoir पहले से मौजूद है..वहां पर कुछ क्षेत्र पर हमे तैरता सोलर प्लांट लगाना चाहिए..इस से सर हमे अपारंपारिक ऊर्जा स्त्रोत से गाव मैं बिजली की आपूर्ति हो पाएगी..और reservoir के आस पास भी बिजली रहेगी और ग्रामपंचायत और कही भी हम सौर ऊर्जा से प्राप्त बिजली से गाव प्रकाशमान होने मैं मदद होगी...मेरा मानना है कि reservoir का पाणी धूप से evaporate होके चला जाता है उससे reservoir के पाणी की कमी रहती है अगर हमने 3/4 गावो मैं common रहनेवाले reservoir मैं तैरता सोलर plant लगा दिया तो पानी भी कम नहीं होगा और बिजली का उत्पादन भी होगा....
