महिला एवं बाल विकास अंतर्गत बाल विकास परियोजनाएॅ संचालित है जिनमें लगभग 100 से 300 आंगनवाडी केन्द्रो का कार्य किया जाता है। लेकिन इन परियोजनाओं में मात्र दो या तीन ही कर्मचारी पदस्थ है जिनमे से आउटसोर्स भी पदस्थ है जिनकी कोई जिम्मेदारी नही है। न ही नियुक्ति का कोई आधार है । कई पद कुछ वर्षों से रिक्त है। किसी की 15 मिनट में उपस्थिति दर्ज हो जाती है तो कोई पूरे समय बैठकर काम करता रहता है और जिम्मेदार होता है। पर्यवेक्षको को भी कार्यालय में कोई शाखा की जिम्मेदारी दी जानी चाहिए। और पूरे समय रहना चाहिए। जब विभाग में आंगनवाडी कार्यकर्ता के पद पर , सहायिका के पद पर , पर्यवेक्षक के पद पर महिलाओं को ही पदस्थ किया जाता है तो कार्यालयों में भी सिर्फ महिलाओ ंको ही पदस्थ किया जाना चाहिए। प्रमोशन 7 वर्ष में दिया जाना चाहिए। नियुक्ति तक आरक्षण को सीमित किया जाना चाहिए। किन्तु प्रमोशन में व्यवधान होने पर अधिक योग्यता पर पेपर के माध्यम से चयन किया जाना चाहिए। बच्चों की उपस्थिति का आधार होना चाहिए जिससे वास्तविक रूप से लाभ बच्चों को पहुंच सके।

Respected Honorable sir, I would like you to please instruct all schools to make book banks in schools,so that every year parents need not to buy costly books every year.Along with the financial concern it is giving rise to environmental concern too as many trees are cut every year to publish new books. It is my humble request to you to please take this conern into your consideration and take action accordingly 🙏

Namaste Pantapradhanji, i respect your decision of giving preferance to women but in practical they are not getting job even they are double graduate .it is my personal experiance that if a woman has sacrifice her job for her children and after 10 years if she wants to join again then she has to struggle for countinuing the same job and if to join in any other job they do not consider them at all. And in govt. job they are not liable as their age has crossed the limit. Even if the woman has the capacity to do the job well she is not getting the preferable job. Sir will you notice this problem?

The future of the country and the world depends on how much we take care of our environment. However we see people building new houses by completely concreting the area available by cutting all existing trees and destroying nature. The builders should be given a responsibility on ensuring that each construction of theirs should have a minimum of at least 10% green space. This can be upto at least 30% for bigger plots. And their license continuation should be based on how much they are adhering to these codes. This will ensure that common man also follows these guidelines and we may improve our green cover at least marginally. I’m

Training of Women in Driving Skills in Rural Areas: Skilling program, especially for women in rural areas in vehicle driving skills, would enable them to come out of the house hold chores, and hence may prove to be their window, for the outside world. Since the training program may entails an hour or two training every day, this may not interfere their contribution to the house hold duties. Additionally, this program may be for a few months (1-2 months) hence, many women can be trained in short time, say within a year. It is not envisioned, that these women once trained in driving will become drivers, but this exposure, may be enough to look out for other opportunities. There are many initiatives by governments where cycles are distributed to women and they have certainly benefitted. However, with changing time it’s imperative they also learn vehicle driving. This program can be launched under National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), and SDMAs can be coopted and funded.
