Dear Modi ji Sub: Ban on single used writing PENS In connection with the subject cited above I'm hereby requested you to kindly encourage REFILLABLE PENS for writing so that we can protect the environment and use non plastic steel pens and it should have refils and Refill has been filled with Ink periodically
