Subject: Proposal for Phased Ban on Manual Rickshaw Pulling and Transition to E-Rickshaws with Livelihood Support Respected Sir I wish to bring attention to the ongoing inhuman practice of manual rickshaw pulling, where elderly and poor individuals are forced to pull heavy loads under harsh conditions. This is a gross violation of human dignity in a modern nation. I propose: A phased national ban on manual rickshaws in urban areas. Introduction of a comprehensive policy to provide free or subsidized e-rickshaws to current rickshaw pullers. Training and skill development programs to help them transition smoothly. During the transition, they should receive Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to sustain their families until they obtain licenses and start operating. This initiative will promote dignity of labor, clean mobility, and inclusive development, and will align with the goals of Atmanirbhar Bharat, Skill India, and Electric Mobility Mission.

भारत की शिक्षा व्यवस्था में इतना बल नही था की , 50,000+ शिक्षा केंद्र में पैसा लगाने के बावजूद , हमें प्रधानमंत्री प्रकृति ने दिया, शोषण और गरीबी के ताप सेह कर ही मोदी जी जैसा ईमानदार और राजनीति , विदेशनीति पारंगत व्यक्तित्व भारत के लोगो को pm के रूप में मिला।। ये बोहोत भाग्य की बात है।। ये साबित करता है की हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था ईमानदार और समझदार व्यक्ति नहीं बना पा रही है , मौलाना आजाद के बाद अब तक शिक्षा को जड़ से बदला नहीं गया , जिसका परिणाम भारत के सर्वोच्च शिक्षा केंद्र , 125वे स्थान पर आ रही है।
