ECI AADHAR BIOMETRIC IDENTIFYING MACHINE ids (like ip number, IMEI number) are the key to unlock aadhar biometric at UIDAI server. If a citizen wants to vote follow this model: 1)approach ECI AADHAR BIOMETRIC IDENTIFYING MACHINE (which is connected via dedicated vpn to UIDAI), enter aadhar number, (aadhar number+machine id will unlock & validate the citizen's identity & voting eligibility, 2)if validated it will be locked again for that day to avoid duplication of voting). 3)No more voter enrol, verification, left outs, wrong list,... Safe& secure.
