However, this happens without any formal structure or support. I propose the creation of a dedicated, government-backed platform where people seeking part-time work and those offering such opportunities can connect. This will help formalise the sector, bring transparency, ensure fair compensation, and encourage more people to explore their skills and interests meaningfully.
