Dear Sir, ICAR ASRB has announced job positions for SMS and STO, however, the upper age limit has been kept only 35 years for UR category. I haven't noticed announcement of such positions since atleast last 10 years. It would be better to increse the upper age limit to 40 in this and other such positions like so to get more experienced candidates. You are requested to do the needful. A suggestion for legislative action-- Birth/death certificate is an essential legal document issued by Govt . I think Person Should fill up own death certificate manual application for reference & hand over to responsible Person in family along with WILL of a person to enable Govt to issue correct/accurate death certificate when real death happens and application is submitted online .When there is error in death certificate , Many a time, a party exhausts his finances and energy by the time he secures the preliminary official order & has neither the capacity nor the energy to pursue the matter to get the final relief.The Problem arises in regards to immovable properties , when partition takes place in whose property the heirs claim a share & than there is lot of problem in property transfer.It is submitted that there is a requirement of simplifying the procedure in modification of birth and death certificate if genuine error is made in certificate by way of affidavit
