SUGGESTION FOR ASSEMBLY ELECTION IN J&K Situation in J&K is not favourable for Assembly Election. If Assembly Election is held in present situation, it will not be favourable. Therefore, following suggestions submitted for information and consideration as deemed necessary:- a. Fresh delimitation may be held after completion of Census 2021, if Population of Jammu Region found considerably more than that of the Kashmir Valley. b. Minimus of 04 Assembly Constituencies may be reserved for KPs out of Kashmir quota till situation become completely favourable for return of KPs to the valley and they feel themselves secure as well as terrorism is completely eradicated. c. OBCs may also be provided Political Reservation as being provided to SC and ST categories to remove the discrimination and injustice with OBCs and to provide equality as per Artricle 14 of the constitution. d. 6 – 8 Assembly constituencies may be opened for election form reserved constituencies for POJK.

Pandit Nehru told that You can tell the status of a nation according to conditions of Women. So if education should given to all girls. Honorable Government of India and PM please note I have recentely seen Khalistan activist aggression in Punjab which cause law & order situations & it brought Punjab Government under immense pressure. There are various forigen & evil elements which provoke this Khalistan group & which in turn are trying to divide Punjab in to various States. Such kind of evil aggression from any group can cause unrest in Country and will lead to law and order situations. Hence it is necessary for GOI to control such evil elements and group which are trying to divide India in to various State and hence strict action must be taken to eliminate such group. In past BlueStar operation was conducted to eliminate evil terrorist who tried to create unrest in Punjab in 1984, hence now its time to conduct Bluestar Operation 2.0 in Punjab. Government of India need to take this seriously & must avoid evil elements to take over Punjab State. Request you to take necessary steps to eradicate evil groups from India 🙏

Hi Modi ji I’m Ashwini, working women. Person on wheelchair. I’m grateful to you for making India so digitalisation. But one concern, for person on wheelchair. I’m conveying this behalf of differently abled people across India. Kindly make India as accessible country as well. Please. We differently abled can’t travel alone, can’t visit certain places as their is stairs. Everywhere steps. Even in visiting places there is steps. No wheelchair facilities. Nothing. महोदय आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों को देखते हुए सरकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा पुरानी पेंशन योजना लागू करने का दबाव सरकार पर बनाया जा रहा है।कुछ राज्यों द्वारा इसे लागू भी कर दिया गया है। यह सब उन अन्य वरिष्ठ नागरिकों पर अन्याय है जो निजी सेवाओं अथवा व्यवसाय से निवृत्त हो चुके है और उनके पास वृद्ध अवस्था में जीने का कोई सहारा नहीं है। संविधान में भी इन नागरिको के लिए कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। वर्तमान में सरकार के द्वारा बनाए गए कानून और आर्थिक सहायता भी अव्यवहारिक हैं। साल 1950 से 1980 के बीच देश की जनसंख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि हुई थी, अतः अब 2020 से 2050 के बीच वृद्ध व्यक्तियों की संख्या भी तेजी से बड़ रही है। अतः पेन्शन योजनाओं औऱ आर्थिक सहायता के स्थान पर वानप्रस्थ आश्रमों की स्थापना की जाना चाहिए जिससे कम खर्च में अधिक से अधिक वृद्ध जनों की देखभाल सम्भव है।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम विषय- नियमो का पालन सुनिश्चित करने हेतुुु। महोदय जी, हमारे देश में बहुत अच्छे नियम कानून बनाये गये हैं, चाहे कोई भी क्षेत्र हो। लेकिन दुःख इस बात का है कि इनका पालन कोई नहीं करता। उदाहरण के लिए हमारे आस पास बहुत से मानसिक रोगी, गरीव बुजुर्ग लोग, गरीव प्रवासी लोग सड़को पर, रेलवे स्टेशन पर, बस स्टैंडों मे रहते हैं। लेकिन न तो प्रशासन ना पुलिस और ना ही स्वास्थ्य विभाग ऐसे लोगों के लिए आगे आता है। नियम कानून बने हैं कि पुलिस इनको उचित सहायता प्रदान करेगी,उनके पुनर्वास के लिए कार्य करेगी। लेकिन ऐसे लोग किसी को दिखाई नही देते।
