Respected Modij We all know that judiciary system in India is very weak . each and every suit in any court is decided in at least 20 years. and reason for that are insufficiency of courts, judges etc and one of the most reason : every advocate takes unlimited case in his hand and consequently, he can not do justice with his work. when he go to the court, he intends to adjourn rather than to finish due to a lot of case he has to attend in a limited time because in every court , no body comes at time. so like in profession of chartered accountancy where a CA cannot take more than 60 tax audits in a year, there should be a ceiling on advocates also .
