The relevant information and insights received from this task can be sent to the concerned industries, help in ITI and other relevant curricula and can be utilized in various reports being prepared by the concerned departments.

speed reading....speed maths(vedic maths).....memory techniques...ability to expand idea in long essays...ability to compress long essay in few words....oratory skills....hungry for knowledge....." sir, plz make these skills compulsory, for everybody, from schools to colleges, bcz of lacking in them, ppl are suffering so much ( direct experiience as student)

memory techniques ( chunking, visual associations,m mnemonics...etc) ,will help students remember better, and make them excel in lifes...must be taught in activity based classes, across whole india, for every student...

I am now 69 yrs old.After passing B.Sc in 1964 I appeared in all India entrance test in Ordnance Factories for recruitment of Apprentices of 4 yr duration with a stipend of Rs 180/month in metallurgical Engg with a bond to serve for at least 3 yrs. It was regular employment of working in workshop from 9 am to 5pm by working with our hands. There should be all India entrance test after 12th to be trained as apprentices in various industries across India and trained in disciplines and absorbed

The way we have PF scheme for employees, we should have similar scheme for children in school. every month there should be a minimum deduction thru fees and the same contribution to be made by the school. when the child leaves the school, he/ she should have enough fund that can be used towards its higher education. The money may be deposited with Govt funds and the fund to be used in the improvement of the country. the funds may be withdrawn after attaining the age of 18 by the child.

6. feedback of students regarding teachers should be taken seriously. 7. College should invite atleast two industry personnel per semester for guest lectures. 8. Site visits should be undertaken every month. 9. only external examiner should be allowed to examine students during orals and practicals. 10. There should b class tests every week.

1. Make internships compulsory for graduation courses. 3 yrs Courses should have one internship while 4yrs courses should have 2 internships one in 2nd and one in 4ht yr. 2. Process of writing journals should be stopped. 3.Colleges with less than 50% PLACEMENT should be downgraded. 4. instead of oral examination students should be asked to deliver presentations followed by QNA for each subject. 5. Publishing one paper in a journal should be made compulsory for graduation.

1. Synergy between industry / job providers and trainees. 2. Make it compulsory for the industry / job providers to start skill development training centre 3. Tie up between the Skill Development Training providers and industry / job providers and known as entitlement to the candidate prior to the training 4. Job based training curriculum so that the trainee is directly absorbed 5. Like Technical and Medical Universities of the State, there should State Skill Development Universities

Connectivity with Industry should happen at UG level and hence UGC has to clarify to student community regards to connectivity of courses to the industries. The autonomy that the UGC confers to private institutions(not in Government institutions) should dwell predominantly with the teachers of that institutions and such teachers work also should be regulated only by an autonomous professional body of teachers. Teachers should not be forced in to research work even by incentives for research.
