Biggest challenge for manufacturing industry today is non-availability of skilled personnel and not unemployment. This needs an overhaul of education system to build basic skills upto 12th standard and short term skill development. GOI should focus on this and leave higher education to private sector while converting existing institutions like IIT, IIM etc centres of excellence and build entrepreneurship through them. We need to reverse unemployable and skill-less graduate producing factories.

Skills should not be measured on the basis of certificates, ranks,it will should be know by the person and chance giving, every certificate holder and experienced person is not a talented and skill where it is proved by the report which is recently released that in India 70% students coming from colleges are not fit for the technical jobs, which means certificates are the things which shows our understandings and skills and talents are not depend on them,so companies understand this.

I think the one which is needed the most is - Reservation Policy: Problem: Reservations must not be caste based. Caste based reservation are one of the reason that divides our nation. Solution: Reservations must be on the basis of Economic conditions. Facts: I have seen sc/st families earning more than 1 lacs and still their children being given the benefit of belonging to sc/st.

Many Indians migrate to Gulf, North America and other Asian countries but not much to Europe, which offers excellent opportunities for high and semi skilled labour. Countries like Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland the birth rate is >1.5 births per woman and they depend on immigrants. The Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs can explore guided migration agreements, bilateral with each of the countries in Europe and multilateral with the Euro area to educate and prepare migrants.

Connectivity with Industry should happen at UG level and hence UGC has to clarify to student community regards to connectivity of courses to the industries. The autonomy that the UGC confers to private institutions(not in Government institutions) should dwell predominantly with the teachers of that institutions and such teachers work also should be regulated only by an autonomous professional body of teachers. Teachers should not be forced in to research work even by incentives for research.

In every college course there should be fundamental subjects. Then there should be current subjects based on industry requirements, then there should be extra subjects that can be selected depending on interest/capability of individual students. All three should be reviewed every year with help of experts and industry to ensure latest subjects are covered and taught. There should also be continuous upgrade of knowledge of professors to facilitate the new subjects and new technology.

3. Food is the primary concern in every society. A well nourished population will be less likely to resort to lawlessness and crime. Indigenous foods that have historically provided nutrition in each locality should be promoted, and farmers with efficient practices should be felicitated. Additionally, foods like the indigenous Drumstick plant(Moringa Oleifera) that are not only easy to cultivate but very high in nutritional content should be subsidized for populations to prevent malnutrition.
