In USA 90 % of banking is done online. Why can't we make compulsion for all transactions more than 50000 to be made online with bank. Also all bank withdrawals less than 25000 should be through ATM only. There should not be any cap on ATM withdrawal, rather there should be incentive to promote ATM cash withdrawals.

spreading the awareness for E-transactions : I am in Germany for 2 years now and I saw that internet banking is so widespread and normal for everyone here. The electric bills, phone bills, insurance etc get automatically deducted from your account. These services are also provided by certain mobile carrier providers in India. Its awareness can be spread more wider.

Engagement of public servants specially in Police and other critical duties with citizens should be digitally recorded, reviewed and stored till a proper resolution is provided to the citizen by the concerned person or department. This will not only empower citizens but also help the person on duty to provide better and faster resolution based on facts. Corruption and harrasment of either parties can be checked as well. In US, people have Right to Record police conduct performed in public

I have been studying at Australia since a year and half prior to which I was at Mumbai. I have found out the transport system in this country is not as frequent as ours but still it is effective. They have various tracking apps for BUS, RAIL & TRAMS. Why can't we start a live tracking app of all our transport systems ? It is basically what people want ! People don't want trains at all times but they want to plan their journey from home to destination and vice versa.

All utility bills in Brazil come with a bar code which is readable by all banks. It is possible to enter the barcode on the bank's website or scan it on the ATM machine to process the payment from your account or debit card. This is extremely convenient and makes life very easy for residents
