Bring Gadgets / Computers in Regional Languages at Panchayat level and for villagers. This will promote electronic media with non-English speaking Citizens specially at Rural level. This is what countries like China, UAE, Japan etc. they do. Make E-Banking free from any charges and promote Debit Cards. Every Retail outlet should have Card Payment Facility so more and more people can use it. This can solve some percent of Black Money Problem too.

Looking at increasing Toll Roads in India, Its high time India should start centralised Toll PrePaid Cards and install automatic toll collection 'on-the-go' at various collection booths. This will save time wasted at toll collection booths. The waiting time actually partially kills the advantage of speedy transport.

One of the best practice using digital technology is Smart Card “MyKad” the compulsory identity document for Malaysian citizens. Malaysia became the 1st country in the world to use an identification card that incorporates both photo identification & biometric data. It also serve as birth Certificate, Driver’s License, Digital Money & Public Key. “http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MyKad” Thanks & Regards \ Pracheet Chaudhari \ pracheet@gmail.com \ http://pracheet.blogspot.in

Third step --> Centralise & harmonise all federal, state and city governance processes with aim to standardise operations. This will allow easier & seamless development and deployment of citizen services without spending multiple times on similar solutions.

The second step --> Revamp TRAI guidelines to allow voice & data over IP & PSTN seamlessly. This will allow us to develop solutions to connect the semi-urban & rural areas with the rest of the nation thus speeding up the mobile revolution & it's adoption for daily life - beyond internet surfing and phones.
