India can deal with the mobile manufacturer like micromax or any other indian company (indian coz it will increase employment in india) for developing very advanced and very long battery life mobile phone in bulk of about 40-50 crore, this will decrease the cost of per handset of 40 - 50 thousand rs to 500- 5000rs, which is easily buyable for many. And will help india to be partially to develop on the part of technology

Affordable Software and Automation for All (ASAA) is my vision (and Modi Sir's vision too, and hence our vision) to make software enabled services and technology accessible to every nook and corner in India especially to Tier-2 cities, towns, villages and to the poor in Tier-1 cities. Corporate Social Responsibility is important for this. Please go through the attached document and am looking forward to working with Government in any manner required for making India greater.Jai Hind-Siva Makutam

1. Every govt organization/Department should have a web page(Manatory), and increasingly pushing for using online mode of communication than one to one communication. 2. Developing mobile apps in IOS/Android/windows for all these departments and pubshing it on home page, and make sure those with smart phone use them. 3. Charging a bit for one to one communication for those who has a bachelor degree and has smart phone. doesnt apply for others. 4. Integrate and provide a single govt page for all.
