Direct access to the highest authority in the city to clarify any complaints or problems is necessary. People should be able to create any petition in government portal and there should be facility to collect signatures online. Petition should be acknowledged by the highest authority of the city and should move it forward to implement it then only real time people needs be heard by the government. Sad part is now policy makers will make policies based on old data/outdated requirement.

QN NO 3: ANS: 1)Improving public transport system can attract rich people too, reducing usage of personal cars.Allow only 50% of cars/day. 2)If we create a “Public information and grievance redressal portal”, the tendency of the rich people to pay bribes to get their thing done in time will reduce. 3)waste management system: Even the rich as well as the poor should be forced to keep three waste baskets in their home to sort and keep plastic, biodegradable and hazardous waste..

QN NO 2. Car pooling mobile app: is the best solution. Car pooling mobile app should be created for each smart city and people with good reputation (as recommended by police/ resident associations) should be made members. Whenever they plan for journey, share the details through mobile app so that new people can join the journey. But, all these are completely under scanner of authorities. In this way, we can reduce traffic volume/ crime against women and children.
