This task requires you to develop training material (presentation, video, infographics or a program) that can be used by citizens to learn about digital technologies and services. E.g., how to use government websites for passport services, MNREGA, etc.
Learning is a continuous process. It is not enough to merely commit time to train others. It is important to continuously update knowledge and get familiar with the latest. It is also important to explain in simple terms how to use digital technologies and services to a mass audience. This will require innovative training material. This task requires you to think innovatively and to develop teaching & learning aids that can be used by both volunteers and citizens themselves.

Microsoft Digital Literacy program provide the opportunity to learn basic computer and software skills, and to obtain a certificate recognizing the accomplishment. The only prerequisite for taking the program is the ability to read a newspaper.

Digital Training material on a topic does not give the result. Indicate the particular topic to make the training material about services and digital technology.

Digital training material should be on various topics including digitization in rural and urban. However, I would prefer to rural digitization. Rural digitization should be digitization of rural records. For example, Land records digitization, school record digitization, government records digitization etc. I did my masters in computers, I would try in digitization in rural.
