As part of Adoption Awareness Month 2025, the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA), Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India in collaboration with MyGov, is launching the Poster Making Competition to raise awareness about adoption of children with special needs (Divyaang children).
This creative initiative aims to engage citizens across the country in promoting the message that every child—regardless of ability—deserves the love, security, and support of a family. Through the power of visual storytelling, we seek to amplify voices that advocate for the non-institutionalised rehabilitation of Divyaang children and their right to grow up in a nurturing home environment.
Evaluation Criteria: Entries will be judged on:
(i) Originality & Creativity
(ii) Simplicity
(iii) Relatability
(iv) Alignment with the theme
Themes for Poster Design:
1. Non-institutionalised Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs (Divyaang Children)
2. Every Child Deserves a Loving Family
3. Special Parenting for Children with Special Needs
4. #EveryChildMatters
Let your creativity spark a conversation that can transform lives. Your poster can inspire families, change perceptions, and help build a more inclusive adoption ecosystem.
Gratifications: The Top 15 Winners will be rewarded with Rs 3000/- each.
