Form Education groups within Income generating Self help groups and give incentive's to learned or women participating in education programs too. rural women employers can also be wooed to join in and provide space (at) and time (after) at work place. Linking Employment perks with Education can be a very creative and satisfying results.

There had been many literacy missions in this country and though they boosted the figures of literates in reality the didnt boost literacy that much. On going programme called Sakshar Bharat has its major drawback in planning step where it says the people who would impart this teaching to adults should do that voluntarily and all others above the tier like preraks and Co-ordinators would get a remuneration for their service.

I think it's very important to focus on distortion of history in our text books which are forming the roots of cultural and political divide in the minds of all Indians. As they are doing this cleverly at the subconscious level in early learning period of 7th-8th grades, it will be really difficult to eliminate later if not taken care of, now.
