Rural Literacy Mission must be part of CSR. Here company and its employees spread through the nation must be given a compulsory literacy mission and skill development mission, Literacy mission must be a part of evaluation for each of the employee and thus the company. A day or half day in a month of Employee's payroll must be dedicated to this mission. Especially PSU and other govt departments. This must be made compulsory. The increments and promotions must include this as an estimate.

Do not abhor children helping their parents earn a living by working on a farm or herding cattle. Give credit to students helping their parents such way.

Use of education in day to day life is not being understood by the people living in the lower strata of society. Even the middle or upper class are ignorant about effective use of education in life. Govt of india should implement the recommendations of planning commission of India in favour of Saakshar bharat mission. Lifelong learning is the need of hour.

Keep family planning as a major subject.
Offer incentives to those families who have 1 or 2 child.
Population check is the only solution for all our problems.
