Though there have been significant gains in literacy rates, large gender, social and regional disparities in literacy levels persist. The gains in literacy levels are due to success of the adult education programmes and improvements in primary schooling. However, there is a further need to enhance the literacy levels of the socially marginalized groups and those living in rural areas through interventions of adult education programmes and open schooling systems. This theme seeks to elicit views on how we achieve faster progress in reducing the existing disparities in literacy levels.

Make animation videos and tools to make learning easy. Learning tools should be linked to there daily activity so separate tool for house-wife, farmer,carpenter etc

A).Proper watch on implementation of programme made by govt. B).To check whether all the benefits are got by every group or not. C).Open more distance school of learning. D).Make more school private limited.

It is the responsibility of all citizens. Every Educated Person literate the Illiterate person. This will go like a mission. In present days Government programme is there to improve Literacy. But in field level work is not going on spending more money but no result.

plus 2 education in villages should be encouraged Reservation should be on the basis of devwlopment status of their village
