Make animation videos and tools to make learning easy. Learning tools should be linked to there daily activity so separate tool for house-wife, farmer,carpenter etc

B).To check whether all the benefits are got by every group or not.

It is the responsibility of all citizens. Every Educated Person literate the Illiterate person. This will go like a mission. In present days Government programme is there to improve Literacy. But in field level work is not going on spending more money but no result.
