Though there have been significant gains in literacy rates, large gender, social and regional disparities in literacy levels persist. The gains in literacy levels are due to success of the adult education programmes and improvements in primary schooling. However, there is a further need to enhance the literacy levels of the socially marginalized groups and those living in rural areas through interventions of adult education programmes and open schooling systems. This theme seeks to elicit views on how we achieve faster progress in reducing the existing disparities in literacy levels.

aarakshanjati ya dharm ki jagah financial condition par based hona chahiye.lekin ye bhi sach hai ki pichde varg ko arkshan dena chahiye aur sath hi inke liye private sector me alg se extra seat dekar balance bhi karna hoga

जब तक ये आरक्षण ख़त्म नहीं होता इस देश का विकास नहीं हो सकता।आरक्षण की शुरुआत हुई थी पिछड़ो को समानता दिलाने के लिए इसलिए नहीं की जो समान हैं वो पिछड़ जाएँ।आज सामान्य श्रेणी में आने वाले लोग भूखे मर रहे हैं और सरकार वोट बैंक की निति में लगी है।सामान्य श्रेणीके लोग ूभूखे मर रहे हैं और दूसरे श्रेणी के लोग अमीर होने के बावजूद सरकारी लाभ लेने में मजा ले रहे हैं।कब तक?कब तक ये चलता रहेगा?सिर्फ 5साल के लिए शुरू हुआ था ये कार्यक्रम लेकिन आजतक देश के विकास में सबसे बड़ी बाधा यही बना हुआ है।इसको ख़त्म करें।

एक सामान्य वर्ग के गरीब छात्र का मोदी जी के नाम खुला ख़त.... आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी..... मै एक सामान्य वर्ग का छात्र हूँ , मेरे पिता का देहांत हो जाने की वजह से मेरी माँ को घर चलाने में बहुत दिक्कते आयीं। मैंने अपने गाँव के सरकारी स्कूल फिर कॉलेज में पढाई की। सरकारी स्कूल की फीस तक जुटाने में हमे हमेशा दिक्कत होती थी जबकि मैंने देखा की कुछ वर्ग विशेष के बच्चो को, आर्थिक रूप से संपन्न होने बावजूद भी, फीस माफ़ थी और वजीफा भी मिला करता था। मै पढ़ाई में अच्छा था। इंटरमीडिएट पास कर

Namaste! It should be done with the help of NGOs by providing them the grant..It should be under monitoring system by government.Every one has the right to have education irrespective of cast..

Government should ensure the accountability of trainers with proof. Focus on small area with effective time frame so that the money which are spending should be fruitful. Government should also realise the investment of money which are coming from taxes.

a story about my nani who was died on 23-02-2015. had always discriminate based her caste and gender.I am always think that before dieing her i must see her that this nations have change but i could not do this, because of still people of india discriminate people based on their caste and religion, and people of minority and sc/st still for away with good education and equality in this society. Government open many school but their level of study is in worst condition.

Last 2 months,daily I do neti..I clean inside & back side of my nose with lukewarm salt water.I have great relief.Earlier I had blocked nose ,snoring,day time sleepyness, bad brain function.This has disappeared. It cleans nose, removes dirt, allergens, viruses & bacterias causing illnesses. The lukewarm water kills viruses. The salt kills bacterias.Thus it can prevent SWINE FLU, flu, tubrculosis, cough cold. Ask ICMR . SVYAASA bangalore to do studies & prove us write or wrong. Bless humanity.

Please open adult education department in the colleges of Manipur and all over India . And discuss about the aged person who does not look after their sons or daughters (people). It is a problem in our country.
