As a Practicing C.A. and Auditor i suggest the following : 1. Each major project be broken into to sub-projects of feasible sizes 2. Expenditure be accounted under the respective head only 3. The variance between the budget and actual to be explained by the concerned Project Head to be documented AND PROVIDED ON PUBLIC DOMAIN 4. Timelines be fixed for every activity (bills processing of contractors) - will reduce corruption 5. ENCOURAGE AUDITS BY EMINENT C.A.s / ENGINEERs with 10 years exp.

Modiji pranam s, nowadays common man prefer bank deposits as a safe heaven for their savings. The interest on deposit which is included in income of individual is charged at 10% for tax above certain limit. I suggest that interest on deposits above 50 lakes may be exempt from income so that it will encourage more deposits. Consequently the finance of bank improves more amount can be spent on welfare projects of the govt from the bank revenues.

financial instability starts in real estate field.banks have to control their penchant to finance on the basis of inflated real values. higher provisioing for commercial and higher cost real estate pieces and houses or flats and discouraging the funding of high cost of flats and houses costing over 40 lakh should be discretionarily implemented by the RBI for all banks esp for weak banks .we should not depend on banks to do self policing as public sector banks do lazy banking.

most costly component of public expenditure is on vehicles and drivers, maintenance, repairs, spares, diesel and petrol costs. only way to reduce the same is to convert to gas or electric vehicles. use of public transport including trains, metro train, buses and other multi modal transport. any distance more than ten km has to be covered by multimodal transport with last leg being on petrol or diesel vehicle and earlier stages being on train or metro.OR they use their own car and claim costs .

Sir one person and one mobile number scheme lunch krni chaye government ko taki baar baar number change hone ki problem ko kam kiya ja skke. Log itni jaldi number change kr rhe hai jisse problem hoti hai and agr one person one mobile number scheme hogi toh voting me bhi use kr skte hai isko and isse frauds per bhi control hoga. Agr koe tang krta hai kisi ko toh number block kr skta hai and number portable to phle se hi mil rha hai so one person one mobile number hona chaye

Consumers are taken for long rides by business; this can be prevented partially by charging VAT or GST on MRP and not "ex-factory cost". This will prevent sellers from printing extortionist MRP's.
