Land acquired by gov. for industrial use is lying vacant as most land is alloted to people who holds the land for resale at higher price. There should be a time cap, say 3 years for developing the industrial unit. Failing which land allocation should be cancelled or impose monthly fees Re. 1 per sq. Yd. In this way, gov. revenue will increase and land is not misused for personal benefits. if industry is setup, even small scale, provide job to at least 10 people and contribute in developing India

I have an idea, if the government categorize farmers in low, middle and high level according to their capabilities of producing grains and declare them as government employees, that means govt. will pay them monthly salary, pf, and other facilities & in return they have to pay a share from their produced grain according to categorised terms and conditions. So govt can solve unemployment, farmers suicides, migration problem ,and food inflation just by one step.. Please Think about it.

we start development of city th. private colonizer for cost cutting but it increase our cost because after sell the plot he not continue the development and general public face so many problem and get the daily basic facility and ultimately who provide the facility i.e govt. So either we have some right on the company only the cancellation of licence have no solution.

Narega is the biggest tool which can be used for expenditure management..e.g. whenever any infrastructure contract is given to some company then there should be compulsion imposed on him to employ the people from that area for labour. because the corruption is everywhere.so when they work under a contractor they shall have to work efficiently as well as the contractor will also utilize them upto maximum. 2.the rural panchayts should be given targets which are to be done by narega.

The biggest problem in public expenditure is cartelisation by contractors and subsequent kickbacks by officers. The minimum kickback in any contract is not less than 10%. The cartelisation does not allow genuine persons to enter public work. If someone dares, the officers put up so many laws and rules on him and he has to leave that job. Unless we allow fair entry for all into public work, we cannot optimise public expenditure.

Whenever a delegation of ministers and/or bureaucrats propose an overseas visit, the proposed expenditure should be pre-approved by the CAG. Also the basis of CAG approval, objective of the visit, benefits expected from the visit should be put in public domain. Post visit, public should be informed about the results of the visit and govt. plans on how the ideas/ study etc. of the visit will be implemented. Accountability has to be brought in.

In cities the biggest problem is not building roads or maintaining it, it is not destroying it by digging. A common platform where all parties which have under the road equipments(telephone line installers, water supply board, sewerage board etc) are in contact regarding where they might dig in the near future and roads being built based on basis of this information would help in money not being put down the drain

Abolish income tax and all black money will come in economy. if not possible then remove income tax benefit on home loans. Current limit is 2.00 lakh that means people having income less than 2.00 lakh should not buy home !!!!???? this rule of tax benefit on home loan is shame on India.

Unwanted inferior quality materials are being imported from China. We should put a stop for this. This will save foreign exchange. There will objections from international organisations and various countries, but we should find a via media so that Indian manufacturers get this business. If needed let us make % duty for any machinery imported by small scale industries provided, they can manufacture items which are imported from cheap source.

To comply with pollution norms, leather and textile effluents, after primary and secondary treatment and RO, are evaporated (at high cost), using steam from fuel-wood fired boilers. The RO water is piped back to the industries. All salts including Cr-VI salts are stored on “secure landfills” in covered sheds. The danger now is that with heavy rain /overfull landfill, the salts will re-dissolve and spread over the land. There needs to be a rethink to economical and practical solutions
