All govt contracts should be e-contracts and all bids should be transparent. NEGRA should be asset creation for nation for meaningful projects. Employment for sake of employment should not be on taxpayer's dime as NEGRA has hiked daily/contract labour charges and taxpayer is suffering from increase in tax and increase in daily wages for contract labourers.
