Please come out with steel made like Birmingham steel. The old Rails is still serving without any corrosion. The rails are still usable. The Bhilai steel is highly corroded. The Rails and Sleepers that are made in US UK lasts for 25 years. Borrow that technology. Take help from TATA or others. Rails should not rust. Rails and sleepers needs to last for at least 10 years. Kindly do the needful.

Hello sir, Can we do one thing - allow Gas companies to print/paste commercial advertisements on Gas cylinders. I guess With this idea Govt & gas companies can reduce price per gas cylinder by 15-20₹. Gas cylinder can be a good medium to advertise & reach masses, so companies will be ready to pay huge amount on it. For few months govt can try this in metro cities. If idea implements properly it will saves hundreds of crores of govt on gas subsidies. :-)

a) We should start developing robust covert capability to take out hostile elements in terrorist havens b) Start with Pakistan & our immediate neighborhood. c) Israel & Russia can be collaborated in our efforts until we develop our expertise in 5-10 years. d) Chanakya Neeti must be adopted in Basic Education. For IFS/RAW/Security agencies an expert course should be developed on Covert Operation - It should be form our basic tool in dealing with any country in the world

Multiplicity of agencies in Delhi needs to be checked to reduce cost of operation and doing away with multiple agencies. E.g. Horticulture is being done by CPWD/PWD/3 MCDs/NDMC/Delhi Cantt/ DDA /I & F etc. Each one is having a full-fledged department. Such activities need to be brought under one Body.

MCDs and Delhi Government are having similar/ identical schemes such as old age pension scheme/widow pension scheme etc. People tend to get benefit under both the schemes by falsifying facts. It should be merged and the money to be paid be doubled. Work may be realigned e.g. Govt. of NCT may run old age pension scheme and MCDs may operate widow pension scheme. Similarly other schemes should be redone and one scheme may be run by one Body and the other by another body.

Lot of schemes are meant for BPL and money is being doled out under different nomenclatures. It is costing lot of expenditure upon their implementation. Whatever needs to be given to them should be given under one scheme by merging all their schemes so as to avoid involvement of multiple agencies and save upon the multiple administrative costs.

Multiplicity of Plan schemes need to be reviewed for suitable merger. Plan schemes at State Level and Central Plan schemes are identical in a number of ways leading to duplication of cost and effort. These should be appropriately clubbed and States should be directed not to create their own identical schemes.
