Toll in NH-1/2-There shall be exemption from tolls in highways for tax payers. Salaried people deducted tax from source, paying road tax etc.. All these taxes are paid to Govt. for providing our basic needs like roads, water etc... If still there is tolls in Highways what is meaning paying tax? At last to pay tolls mandatory why there is no automatic system in toll gate which can deduct money from prepaid toll smart card instead of waiting in queue in toll gate for 2-20min increasing fuel cost.

1. Reduce cooking gas subsidy by excluding people who can afford to pay, based on clear identifiable parameters, e.g. all car owners (as per registration records). 2. No subsidised kerosene for those who have a cooking gas connection. 3. Reduce subsidised kerosene entitlement for people who have electricity.

The seat sharing in mumbai has let down the image of BJP/ RSS. Chembur, Mumbai is an RSS stronghold has relinquished its seat to an RPI candidate, this candidate is a blood relative of an under world gangster.. I have been an RSS supporter and strongly believe the RSS philosophy. Either the existing team of functionaries in Maharashtra have not understood the dynamics and taken such decisions. Please don;t tarnish your image and give a rethink on poll strategies and whom you should join with.

Railway reservation terminals can be placed at all Post offices in all cities(including 2 tier cities) and post office staff trained on subject. With e Tickets in place, this process is sure to be a success given the strength and spread of our Post offices across .In place of adding more staff in railways, use of PO staff for ticket issuance will sure bring down / balance the expenses of Govt. Process has to be spearheaded with focus and We can be sure of SUCCESS on\ly

someone said "developed place is not one where poor also have expensive cars but developed place is one where rich also take public transport" can this be applied in india? numerous vehicles added daily, huge pollution, huge fuel cost, huge crowds&jammed roads, even if bunch of people going to same place for work. try changing work culture. have effective public transport in place. work place can have their own vehicle carrying many people having same destination.this will reduce cost in many ways.

in ArmedForces, many ex servicemen complain apathy of govt for pensions.this is worst, govt shud look into reducing expenses in defense sector despite good budget&make up4pensions.army canteens sell all stuff at cheap prices, can take tax on some items like alcohol, beverages, luxury items etc. instead give them more vacations, rising suicide rate in army is alarming, shud b checked. shud look into retirement age as well, govt can take up other work from them till they reach 65 & pay full salaries

i guess retirement age should be increased atleast to 65 years. pay them pension for no work OR let them work a bit more and pay salaries. sum private banks allowing for 70years, govt sud do it too. and yes if ministers can work for than 80years of age, even govt officers & other govt servants can also work. can make voluntary retirement option available all the time. let people work a bit more, earn a bit more, pay tax a bit more, invest a bit more, little bits can also add to making a difference!!!

Computerization and online transactions play an important role in Expenditure Management. When all transactions and receipt of fund go online the possibility of corruption is minimized. But along with this internet connectivity as well a speed of internet should be improved.

Each State Government should be asked to give a list of all its Departments, the purpose of creation of the Department, the achievements of the said Department, revenue contributed by the Departments. If the Department is not productive or if there is duplication of functions by two Departments, such Departments should be shut down with immediate effect.
