the verification of the certificate has to be done by the call center by calling the respective institutions or organisation. every certificate should have respective telephone no so that verification can be done. if the jobseeker is not verified we can mention the same were it depends upon the jobprovider to accept his/her resume. the main thing is that we believe in the ability of the jobseeker for working.

Create a voluntary groups for skill activities group they can share there ideas or knowledge in different area they served for the country or company those people can differently create some knowledge and skills in youth which lead to betterment of youth to get trained and get desired job. this should happen from every villages or cities this team will help locally on their location and guide the youngster. we have many jobs in India but right talent is not there on right job or right place.

माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट, नई दिल्ली के आदेशों के विरुद्ध उ.प्र. सरकार और उसके परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारीयों द्वारा रिट पेटीशन (सिविल)136/2003 के सम्बन्ध में पारित आदेश दिनांक 09-11-2005 की धज्जियां उड़ा रहे हैं ! क्या माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश की धज्जियां उड़ाने वाले के विरुद्ध कोई कार्यवाही हो सकेगी ...???

Govt should collect all Graduates, Undergraduates data from colleges and universities link the same with Aaadhar no. on PAN no. create a pool of Data of different class of people with geographic locations and Job requirement in those area- share data directly with companies, Bring the law to update all citizens those who are working in private industry to themselves register in portal if they change job-or unemployed for different reason. This data will help to find shortage of skills in market.

vice versa were the jobprovider can give their complain and feedback about the jobseeker.
we should come up with facilities for jobproviders like all industries, small scale business, IT companies, large scale business etc from both private and govt sector in rural and urban areas were they can register themselves by paying nominal charge between 500 to 5000 maximum and utilize the services and can meet the employee they are looking for.

companies were they can charge the customer a nominal charge of 20 rupees.
we need to set up various branches of the centers all over india specially in rural areas were the jobseeker can reach the centre directly and register him/herself. a nominal fee of 20 rupees can be taken from the jobseeker. at the same time unemployed from urban areas can be given jobs for working at the career centers. there has to be given preference to jobseeker for complain of jobprovider or their organisation and
