The Ministry of Labour and Employment is implementing the National Career Service (NCS) as a Mission Mode Project for establishing a network of Career Centres for providing a variety of employment related services. These Career Centres will be the main outreach centres for the National Career Service Project. In this project, a National portal is also being developed to facilitate registration of job-seekers, job providers, intermediaries etc. and provide job matching services in a transparent manner. These facilities alongwith career counselling content will be delivered by the portal through multiple channels like Career Centres, helpdesk, mobile devices, CSCs etc.

The Ministry seeks to position the National Career Service as a one-stop platform for all employment and career related services. It seeks suggestions from the public, youth, students, Research Institutes, Industry Associations, Academia, Industry etc.forCareer Centres on the indicative areas listed below:

a. Branding of Career Centres: A name and tagline communicating the objectives with particular focus on provision of employment and counselling related services to the youth of the country

b. Coverage of Career Centre: Geographical catchment, Sectoral thrust, Special focus groups, Women and youth centric

c. Implementation Agency for Career Centres: Academia (schools, colleges, universities etc), Industry, Industry Associations, Governmental organisations

d. Services to be offered: Jobseeker registration, Employer registration and job posting, Career counselling, aptitude assessment, Job matching, Information on availability of courses at educational institutions, training providers, Guidance on self-employment and entrepreneurship.

e. Technology Platformfor NCS: Linkage with Aadhaar/Bank accounts to meet KYC norms, Integration with other large databases, Verification of certificates and credentials.

f. Network of Career Counsellors: By linking career counsellors in schools, colleges and universities toprovide professionalcounselling.

g. Involvement of Civil Society, NGOs, CBOs and self-help groups.

h. Local Service Providers through Career Centres: Directory of Local service providers like drivers, plumbers, electricians etc.

i. Career Content Knowledge Repository: A searchable and updated database of skills based content in multiple media formats for easy access.

j. Revenue model for Career Centres to ensure sustainability.

k. Public Outreach Strategies.

Most suitable and innovative entries will be rewarded by a cash prize by the Ministry.

The last date for submission of entries is 31st March, 2015.

The Country will be reach when its per capita energy conservation will increase.. For that we need to setup small scale industries and source of energy/power. there are several sources of getting Energy from non-conventional sources, govt should come forward with helping hand for those who want to do something for their country.. Solar, and Solid Waste are the simplest method that can be implemented.. So Mr Modi should think of it

I thought of a plan for generating electricity from solid waste in each city or community. This system should act like a retail mall in a city . Different companies will setup their plant in city for using solid wastes for producing amenities like electricity, gas etc.. It will depend on customer to buy cheapest electricity from government or private company.

We should outsource some of the basic research for public policy to schools and state level engineering colleges. It will be radical change in research culture and we shall have ideas and data from basic ground level.

#MyGov: The first thing what we have to change is the way of designing our syllabus. Through our schools we provide such knowledge which is of no better quality. In terms of CBSE the education is good but when the matter comes to the state's syllabus it creates the differences. Firstly hike the quality of state pattern.

##शिक्षा विद विचार करे कि हा.से.स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम मे जीव विग्यान (bio)विषय मे भौतिकी क्यो अनिवार्य है ?जबकि वनस्पति शास्त्र जरूरी है ।विषय व्यवस्था ठीक करे । हायर सेकेन्ड्री स्तर पर विषय व्यवस्थाये की समीक्षा संकाय वार होना चाहिये। विषय चयन यह विद्यार्थी के संकाय के अनुकूल हो शिक्षा नीति मे सुनिश्चित किया जावे । प्रधान मँत्री जी आपको होली के अवसर पर शूभकामनाये है लोकतँत्र मे नये प्रतिमान बनाये सबका साथ सबका विकास के साथ साथ सबके सुझाव भी देखे ।

pradhan sevak mahoday in future time jobs milna khafi kadin karya hai parntu hum dekhte hai ki hamre ass pass kafhi telented man hai koi driving me , koi cooking me, koi penter hai , koi palmber hai parntu koi adhmi in karyu ki aur nahi jana chahta hai kyuki wah ase karya ko karne me sharm mehsus karta jai hum her jile me ek asi intitution banaye jo in sab ko ek saath jodh kar rakhe aur inko karya ublabdh karaye isse berojgar in karyu ke prati attract hoge

सबका साथ सबका विकास केन्द्र सरकार ने वित्त आयोग के सुझाव अनुसार बजट से नीतियो मे परिवर्तन कर राज्यो को दिया जाने बाला पैसा बढ़ाया है जो अच्छी पहल है ।हमे इस पर भी विचार करना चाहिये कि राज्यो मे अधिकाँश पैसा जिला पंचायतो जनपदो ग्राम पंचायतो के माध्यम से व्यय होता है। अतएव हमे जिला पंचायतो के स्तर पर भारतीय प्रशासनिक लेखा सेवा के अधिकारियो को सी.ई.ओ. नियुक्त करना चाहिये वही कलेक्टर विकास हो ताकि प्रशासन और विकास के साथ वयय पर नियँत्रण भी हो । माननीय यदि हम प्रशासनिक व्यवस्थाओ मे कोई

There should be a national portal for all Private and Public company Jobs. Now a days many students who are doing professional courses take loan and when they do not get good placements they get demotivated. The image of the person diminishes in society as well as home. Everything should be on Merit basis and there should be no favouritism as well as no quota. The process should be very transparent that even a person is not selected for a particular he/she should be given a correct feedback

Job For all.... that can be our mantra. Agriculture and related industries are our main area of thirst infrastructure development and automobile, Electronics are also big employer Tourism and Travel sector can also play a crucial role making India can produce lakhs of job Need to analyse global market for products and need job polling according to that and support allied industries Micro industries and food processing etc all these need good skill development programmes
