For future maintenance, make city into four parts as EAST WEST SOUTH & NORTH. all the basic government activities like birth certificates,water board, Electricity board etc.., should take place in these offices to split the crowd.
For all these four offices, there should be a head office in the centre of the city. All the documents should be stored in both branch and head office for safety purpose.
All the branches should connect with the RING ROAD. Also city roads need to be improved.
