It will be very difficult to develop the best teachers out of those who have not been able to opt for this profession on their willingness but they were able to complete the teacher education course only to be on the safer side of getting a job. We are in such a phase that our teacher trainees are not ready to take regress training at college of education, they just want a degree only and that too without attending classes. The process of developing the best should start from school life.

एक समय था शिक्षक बनना सम्मान का विषय होता था। लोग अपनी इच्छा से शिक्षक बनते थे। आजकल जो इंजीनियर/डॉक्टर नहीं बन पाता वो BA BeD करके टीचर बन जाता है। education and medical fields was linked with humanity but now these are profession. schools में ग्रेडिंग सिस्टम ख़त्म कर देना चाहिए। every child is different and have their own skills. grading तो teachers और स्कूल्स की होनी चाहिए।

the main reason why good teachers dont join govt. school & college is lower salary. to become teacher one just have to clear the Exam (NET). Teaching is a skill, one having only knowledge cannot become good teacher. there should be skill development system. Or some special course to teach teaching.

shikshko ke prashikshna me sarkar ko niji ya sarkari school me bhedbhav nahi karna chahiye. dono jagah ka karya bharat ke liye yogy aur rasht samarpit nagriko ka nirman hota hai.yah karya kewal shikshna tk hi nhi apitu pathya pustak nirmana niti nirdharan me bhi hona chahiye.

Please develop a certain observations from the attributes of best teacher. Example how buddha clarified doubts and treated his students with teacher and mentor(or guide) attitude should be studied. Obviously there is no best teacher than Buddha in history. These attributes should be given details as guidelines to teachers of today if they wish to be best teachers.

Sir, with due respect, it appears that on one hand the PMO invites suggestions on developing the best teachers, on the other hand, the central government, ignoring the inner voice of the people on reservation policy, regularly declaring policies in favour of reservation which will further infuse inefficiency, meritless people into the system. Please bring a new reservation policy which must be based on economic basis and not on caste, creed etc. ONLY MERITS DESERVE RESERVATION.

शिक्षक का कार्य शिक्षण ही होना चाहिए उसे अन्य कार्यों में नहीं लगाना चाहिए.

शिक्षकों के अभ्यास वर्ग समय अन्तराल पर लगते रहने चाहिए जिससे विकास होता रहेगा.

सरकार को चाहिए कि विद्याभारती के विद्यालयों का राष्टीयकरण कर आचार्यों की आर्थिक स्थिित ठीक करके शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दें

अध्यापक अपने आचरण से शिक्षार्थी को शिक्षित करता है इसलिए अध्यापन के लिए शिक्षण और विषयप्रशिक्षण के साथ साथ उत्तम आचरण का शिक्षण अत्यन्त आवश्यक है।
