Real change requires innovative ideas & universal standard practice all over India under a good and practical authority who is willing to use modern technology. Higher Education has becoming like a business to many. Focus on quality teachers is secondary to these people. Mechanism for quality control and universal standardization can be our topic of discussion. I totally agree that salary is a important issue.

There should be integrated Education courses with all subject disciplines, B.Tech, MBBS, LLB etc. Making B.Ed and M.Ed to 2 years will not help than preventing more students to take up teaching profession

I am a Post Graduate in Education. Having gone through the course of B.Ed and M.Ed in the top universities, I have faced many problems with the syllabus content and teaching methodology. Most of the topics are irrelevant to current education system of the world. It is not focused in developing responsible and research oriented teachers but B.Ed graduates and M.Ed qualified people. Unless teachers are oriented, students coming through their teaching cannot be competent.

Need something that inspires teachers whenever they fall short of inspiration. Make 'Vishnava jayato' (the Song that Mahatma Gandhi liked so much) as National heritage Song to be Sung in schools. This song will truly change society as it inspire sense of deep truth of human life. The song makes people alert and conscious and introspect themselves in behavior, following good ways, sincerity to profession.
