Yes..we have to develop teachers who will be teachers by their choice not by when they have no option left.they can surely motivate the generations

One of the reasons of degradation in quality of education in the schools is the tasks other than related to teaching, for example:-collecting data related to census, elections and mid day meal, given to the teachers. These tasks not only decreasing the dedication of teachers but also break the concentration which is necessary for the teaching work. So it is obvious it will affect learning process of students. It is mandatory to free teachers from these tasks so they can concentrate on teaching.

बच्चे का प्रथम गुरु माता होती है जो उसे व्यवहारिक ज्ञान देती है परन्तु शिक्षक ही एक बच्चे को पूर्ण ज्ञान प्रदाय करता है आज के इस समय में कई प्रदेशो में ऐसे शासकीय शिक्षक की भर्ती हो गई है जिनका खुद का ज्ञान ही पूर्ण नहीं उन्हें विषय से संबधित बेसिक ज्ञान नहीं है इस तरह के शिक्षको का टेस्ट लेकर उनहे शिक्षा कार्य से मुकत कर दूसरे कार्यो में लगा देना चाहिए एवं प्रत्येक ३ वर्षो में टेस्ट के द्वारा मुल्यांकन होते रहना चाहिए नई टेस्ट द्वारा शिक्षको की भर्ती कर बच्चो के भविष्य को को उज्जवल बनाना चाहिए

IN MY OPINION DEVELOPING TEACHER IS SO BEST BECAUSE ALWAYS NEW TEACHER EXPRESS HIS/HER VIEWS BETTER IN THE NEW CLASS BECAUSE HE/SHE FEELS THAT WHAT AM I BETTER THAN THE OTHER IN CASE OF PERFORMANCE DEVELOPING NEW TEACHERS MEANS TO INCREASE THE BETTER KNOWLEDGE FROM THE PREVIOUS TEACHER KNOWLEDGE AND NEW TEACHER TRAINING COURSES AND TEACHER PROGRAMMES SHOULD BE STRUCTURE AND NEW BEST TEACHER ALWAYS DO TO TRY THE BEST THANK YOU .............................GIRISH GAUTAM FROM S.J.B.S.V.M MATHURA

KSatyanarayana: Teaching is a noble profession. A teacher should be trained with morals& good character because students follow the teachers. So teachers with bad character must be removed from this profession.
