for developing best teacher, first the myth that higher education is less imprtant than primary education must be broken. Every form of contractualisation must end.

The students need all round development to become a responsible good citizens. The government should develop patrotism, social responsibility, sacrifying ness,Unselfishness, peace, secularism and non-violence among the students. The Political Parties should not entertain worst politics for votes to gain the power. The Government should encourage National Integrity & Noble Heritage of our country (Bharath)

Who knows the greate ness, importance and holiness of teacher profession, who perform the teacher profession as a God they should enter the teacher job. who loves the teacher profession should opt this teacher job, but who treat this profession for merely lively wood, they should not enter in this profession, if they entered they cannot make students as responsible citizens. The students must be healthy, strong & that mean they should become good citizen and earn the money in the way of "DHARMA"
