Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the quality of teaching. Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

The Teacher is the Nation Builder. If teacher is moulded properly, The nation will automatically strengthened. Attender to IAS Officers are products teachers only. Govt should recognise that teacher is human resource developer.This much importance for the teacher. But how much of importance Government focusing on the teacher education institutions where teacher is moulded. Best teacher is one who good at language, games, cultural activities in additon to content.Then only mingle with students.

every teacher are well educated. teacher provide to training camp time to time. teacher is the builder of nation. every teacher are experienced. training camp provide to every govt and non govt school.

B. Ed course should be more stringent. it should be of two years course and treated on par with professional course (10+2+3+2)
