Teachers are the cornerstone of any educational system. Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the quality of teaching. Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

Pedagogy of teaching should change. Blackboard/classroom teaching should be Re-oriented. it should be a laboratory/industry/workshop/society based. teachers need to develop skills required to meet the present hitech needs of the student. more study projects need to be taken up. Every teacher should attend an orientation and refresher course in an year and evaluation should become the basis for increment or promotion.

8. No black/bad record person must be allowed in teaching line. If any do wrong action must be taken immediately to remove him/her from this education line.

5. There should be a bond with teacher, who is going to join the stream shall not be able to leave it for 10-15 years without very hard reason. 6. Respect must be generated towards teachers in society. 7. Teachers profile must be widely published to know the parents about what they r going to get from them.

3. Teachers must be selected on their caliber and attitude of teaching and not as last option of their carrier, as it leads frustration and make the profession as low-grade 4. There must be a good/attractive remuneration to teacher to promote qualitative teachers in the industry.

Teacher’s care/enrichments etc. 1. There must be a continuous training of teachers to updates their knowledge at par the current scenario and future aspects. 2. Other Burdon must be removed from teacher (like--- Election duty, census duty, Polio Duty, survey etc etc) so as to let them to concentrate on education to develop it to the new highest..

Now primary and secondary teachers are bonded kulli of each government. Govt.work like Janaganana,midday mill,adharcard,health program are conducted by school teacher.Teachers must free from this work.Teachers
