Teachers are the cornerstone of any educational system. Developing the teaching talent and incentivizing best teachers, retaining good teachers are all significant to improving the quality of teaching. Views are elicited so that our higher education institutions can nurture good faculty who in turn can propel higher standards in our students.

Strict procedure should be there for appointment of teachers and appointment be renewed every 5 years , if found fit . Some sort of social recognition be given to the teachers as in many advanced countries . Service conditions like pay scales , PF , leave and other perks at par with government teachers be extended to the private school teachers , for which some sort of grant be given to the private management.

Govt. is expending lavishly on the seminars which are meant to keep the teachers in touch with the new technology of teaching. But harsh reality is that these seminars have been become merely picnic spots where teachers are going but coming back without any specific knowledge of new things. Something should be done to make this process fruitful.

class 5th tak hi mid day meal vyavstha ho baki ke liye unke bank account me rasi jama karayi jaye. taki teacher ka pura mann teaching me lag sake or good teacher aa sake.

kaksha arun se pratham tak bochno ko khel bidhi se seksha dena chahiye. class two se class eight tak project bidhi se siksha dena chahiye.

I think we must first make the society to understand the importance of the teacher and teaching.The most valued profession which will train the children to know about the life and approach to the society as a whole. Hence teachers are to be given the due role. More over the teachers are also to be informed and educated about the systems and prospectus of Education.

Hamare desh me quality education ki bahut kami hai.gov.schools me teachers padhane nai aate aur appointment me bhi curruption. so please sir reform to root our education system. paise wale to phir bhi padh lete hai but garib bache aaj bhi education se bahut dur hai. is subject pr bahut hijald dhyan dena chahiye nhi to desh ka vikash nhi hoga
