Teachers should be updated of latest technology continuously preservice and inservice and post service training should be given to the teachers and they be also awared with the indian thinkers,scientists,historians,administrative,guru.

More and more youngsters should be given the chance to teach as they are filled with energy, new updated knowledge and creativity.

Able youngsters should be attracted towards teaching profession.As remuneration and service conditions are poor at schools,only mediocre or below average candidates opt for school teacher ship.There is a huge difference between the perks of a college teacher and that of a PG teacher.This has to be changed.Moreover,School teachers should also get occasion to grow academically and their talents are to be recognized.

presently most of the teachers are not to be sufficient content,lack of basic sills like navodaya, central schools selection process or appointing authority to be through upsc

Education initiate through teacher.So selection of teachers should based on competency but not mercy on degree.After selection a rigorous training should be arranged so that they became a teacher not a professional.In this way they became creative,decisive and good planner.to maintain its quality every session arrangement should be made to renew it.Continuous evaluation of teacher should be made and prizes should be provided to their creativity
