शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में निजी विद्यालयों में सरकार की ओर सेअध्यापको का वेतन तय होना चाहिए बहुत सी अच्छी प्रतिभा वेतन के कारण दूसरे क्षेत्र में चली जाती है जिससे अच्छे शिक्षक की प्रतिभा का फायदा विद्यालयों को नहीं मिलता वेतन के कारण ही शिक्षा जगत में योग्य प्रतिभा दूसरे क्षेत्र में चली जाती है

Qualified teachers not only in degree. command on their subject is necessary.Self standard ki bajay sewa ka bhav hona chahiye

The teachers quality must be evaluated on regular basis and they must be trained with FDP/MDP compulsorily each year.The teacher's recruitment must be depending on the merit of qualifying examination instead of merit of educational qualification because it majorly promotes the cheating n copying system in the education to get the highest marks in the examination and after that they are recruited easily.

Education initiate through teacher.So selection of teachers should based on competency but not mercy on degree.After selection a rigorous training should be arranged so that they became a teacher not a professional.In this way they became creative,decisive and good planner.to maintain its quality every session arrangement should be made to renew it.Continuous evaluation of teacher should be made and prizes should be provided to their creativity..

There must be different categories of teachers with different salary different post. teachers should promoted or relegated too.according to performance of student and thus class in their subject .(progress must be compared with previous class also) special allowance should be given according to his over all evaluation by the students in school.................JAI HIND

Ushme shiksha ko aajivika ka sadhan na mankar ke seva bhav hona chihige. jishse bacho or shikshk be bich koi prakar ka bhedbhav nahin ho. shikshak apne aachran se shiksha deta hain. aise shikshko ke liye bhartiya shiksha or sanskrati ke prati gorv jagrat hona chahige.
