New education policy should make it mandatory for universities and colleges to provide minimum 10 hours /week work on campuses to needy students. This is one way of financing the students.Work of supporting IT, library, cleaning, manning canteens etc should be reserved for students only.Colleges should be allowed to fix their own hourly rates for such services & should be credited in to students' bank accounts.

In pre teacher entrance tests mostly aptitudinal questions should be asked. Those who are very enthusiastic in imparting and getting education should be appointed as teachers.

Government and public sector must give training to the existing teachers periodically so that they can get updated and train their students very effectively. This may be by the way of sending teachers to short term programes deputing them for higher education, training them in industry or other relevant sectors

First of all congratulation for taking initiative thought of fundamental changes in our (British's given) educational system. If we go back to see our great ancient historical system of education of Takshashila and Nalanda I think our work of putting fundamental changes in educational system would be easier. I believe that presently what government should take action is all the private schools can not increase the fee beyond threshold limit also education should not be consider as busines
