Our country has 50 % of schools in Private Sector only. First of all the teachers should be treated equal. Private School should be treated equal to government school teachers with regard to salary, professional training etc., we have to consider our teachers in high regard a status equal to Doctors and lawyers. The teacher should be trained in such a way that he should behave as an architect in designing the society. not more than 15 students should be given to a teacher in a class.

Sir it is sad to note that in some private schools affiliated by Directorate of Education, teachers who tend to be creative and inspire students to be innovators are shown exit door. How can the teachers be inspired to give their best then? Exploitation of the teachers need to be stopped. The nursery school teachers need to be more qualified but in our country it is reverse. A school pass out is taken as fresh recruit for the foundation year of education. I request you to look into this matter.
