Most of us (NRI's) seen as successful individuals in the countries that we live and work (like in USA,etc.) is not only just because of we are talented and hard workers, but also because of the systems that we follow by these countries to get done our jobs. So, the best thing that we can give back to INDIA is that the experience that we learned by living daily in these best systems and environments. We should try implementing better systems for India by picking the task that we are interested.

I have tried many times to suggest organizations consider India as a great country to do business in, but almost every time, the response has been, "We tried, but working in India meant we had to break our ethical code." This is a huge problem - India is seen as a country of untruth, inspite of our desire to be seen as a country of dharma. There is much hope that this reality can change - if that happens, there is not much needed to be done - people will come flocking to India for business.

GOI has to encourage the NRI'S who really need financial and Government support, specially in African countries for pramoting made in India goods, & procuring Raw Materials for manufacturing industries in India. Indian High Commission has to monitor NRI'S and take action against them NRI'S if found wrong doing, & staff of IHChas to do "service not a job".

4 yrs back when we were living in S Korea, a Korean Newspaper mentioned about our Republic Day Parade in New Delhi, calling it a street parade. I took it up with the newspaper personally, explaining the inappropriateness of the word 'street parade' for such an important event. I had also marked a copy to the Indian embassy who replied it was better that I took it up rather than the mission. I believe that our missions abroad should be prompt and strong enough to protect India's image.

NRI's can be the middle men who can build trust at both ends (Indian buyers/sellers with their counterparts in a foreign locality). There should be a dedicated website which would facilitate meet of buyers/sellers of two nations and the NRI's acting as a face of India on behalf of their Indian coutrerpart. This helps in covering the trust deficit and open new avenues.

The NRIs can contribute by giving some information regarding the plus points of educational ,governmental and other systems prevailing in their respective countries. This will guide the government in taking steps to tackle the problems prevailing in India by knowing how other countries are doing to tackle the same problems or how they solved them .Thus, new ideas can be adopted from different countries
