So, why not they can also introduce online Money Order booking System so that those who have access to net Banking and Internet it will help them to Book money order....

Dear PM, Our India is lacking the kind of new generation government operated postal system. In some areas the Indian Post Offices are lacking so behind that it takes for the person sitting at the booking counter 10-15 mins for booking a letter/parcel. The reasons are they either lack in computer proficiency or are reluctant to work. They don't even know how to type properly in their SAP system which sometimes is very time consuming. Honourable Prime Minister being a citizen of india i appreciate your campaign of digital india but still in the most of country afflict of very average speed against such expensive prices in the era where goverments providing free access in most country we are still paying very high charges like 255=1GB "shoking " most of the indians are not eligible to buy and we talk about 4G/5G. how can then india become digital india?

महोदय डिजिटल सर्विस के अंतर्गत E.P.F. को ओनलाईन करने के बाद राजकीय कर्मचारियों का G.P.F.भी पूरी प्रकार से ओनलाईन होना जरूरी है। G.P.F. में लेन देन का विवरण तो दिखता है लेकिन पैसा निकालने की प्रक्रिया जटिल होती है जिस कारण समय पर पैसा नहीं मिलता है। पैसा नहीं मिलने के कारण कार्मिक को महाजन की शरण में जाना पडता है। पूरी प्रक्रिया ओनलाईन हो के बाद कर्मिक को G.P.F की राशि ओनलाईन फार्म जमा करने के तुरंत बाद उसके एकाउंट में आ जायेगी। कार्मिक को परेशानी व धनराशि के दुरुपयोग से भी निजात मिल जायगी।

Maximum officials asking about paper orders in spite of Digital communication i.e- e-mail communication. So how we will proceed to Digital India. So there should be a rule of having weight on E-mail correspondence. Even 50% or above parliamentarians still depending on paper correspondence. IAS officers even asking about paper works.
